With the Gaulitanus choir Stephanie has also performed semi-classical roles, namely the title role of Eliza Doolittle in Frederick Loewe's My Fair Lady, as part of the Gaulitana Festival 2016 and the title role of Magnolia Hawks in Oscar Hammerstein II and Jerome Kern's Showboat as part of the Gaulitana Festival 2017. She performs with various choral groups in Malta as well as abroad.
