And just as we expect no compromise with our guest’s attire, we shall not compromise with the quality of cuisine and service on the night. We are indeed pleased to present you as our close collaborators, the managing team and the professional kitchen staff of The Blue Lion. Chef Paul brings his wealth of expertise and experience at the Michelin-rated UK eateries to the most important table of the evening, i.e. your table.
