It is with a heavy heart that the Teatru tal-Opra Aurora announces the cancellation of The Aurora Gala, which was scheduled for Thursday 30th December 2021. The 2020 new-production of Aida which was set to open the 2020/21 theatre season, and eventually postponed to October 2021 has now been once more postponed to October 2022. This was made public by the Aurora opera house after consultations with the Ministry for Gozo and Arts Council Malta.
